~Anonymous: This is the corporate office. The person who answered the phone was a corporate hard-*** who interrupted me, tried to bully me, implied the problem with the account was with my follow-up rather than their initial mistake, and in general assumed a hostile demeanor. Since one of my complaints was that the initial "cable guy" installer had been surly and actually laid hands on me, this company batting about .*** as far as customer service is concerned.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
