~Becky: Time Warner Cable is the worst company ever! They have the most rudest, incompetent, attitude customer reps. I have to call them almost every month for some mess up they've done, some lie they didn't follow, some issue with my bill. And then on top of that their customer service is a ZERO! Many of times I have reps transferring me to random departments without telling me and because they don't want to help or cannot help. I have dealt with them for too many years and will moving my service elsewhere. Beware, it's one thing to have issues with your service but it's even worse when you know EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL you will experience the worst customer service. It has gottn to a point I don't even bother talking to the customer service reps and immediately ask for a manager and even some of the managers are just as bad.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?
~Becky: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Becky: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Becky: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
~Becky: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
