GetHuman-42657: Time Warner has a monopoly on Fort Drum and therefore the quality of every service is way below average. It is hard to ever talk to a real person and their only offer is to send a digital signal to reboot your cable. They don't understand that their modem that they place in your home and charged you for as well as the cable box are struggling to keep up with the ****i signal. I rate them less than zero.

GetHuman-42657: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-42657: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-42657: For that I would say five out of five.
