~No fool: Time Warner your customer service lies and does not do what they say they will do. If they say they will call you back. DO NOT CONUNT ON IT! I called them with questions about bundles and a few days later my cable is disconnected. I have been without cable * days now and they want to credit my account $** for all the phone calls and their mistake. I canceled my whole days plans to sit and wait on a technician. The customer service is just rude and unprofessional. I am on my *nd DVR box in a year and it freezes and stalls all the time constantly shutting it off and rebooting. I am leaving time warner after years of terrible service and going to ATT. Cheaper cost and just as good as service but better customer service. I am really tired of the prices going up and up with Time Warner and the service is nothing but info commericals and headaches. I will no longer support this company.
