~ConcernCustomer11: Time warner cable customer service is the worst service I ever had in my life. I feel like time warner does not even care about their customers. Most of the customer service representatives barely spoke proper English. I could not understand them and when they are stuck on a question they just transfer me to someone else. I am force to use Time warner because of the area I am residing at, but Time warner if you care about your customers how about you start fixing your guys problems.
