~Happy customer! : We have had time Warner cable in Charlotte for ** years. We have always had our home phone, cable and Internet bundled with them. Today I called to review my account with TWC due to a financial hardship we are having. I didn't have to wait on the phone long for a customer service rep to help me. The lady's name was Lisa. She was very prodessional, patient and helpful. She said she understood our situation and she took time to find us the best solution. She even managed to keep our three services. We thought we would have to give up a service to save money. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had. Through our years with TWC we have had a pretty good experience. But it seems like they are stepping up their game and really trying to take care of their customers. I wish I could let Lisa's boss know how wonderful she was.
