~johnL: The call is answered straight away but not by a live human being, it then takes one and a half minutes before you get to speak to a live person. Longer still to get that person to understand my problem and resolve it. I always finish a call to Talk Talk feeling that I have spent ten rounds with Amir Khan with all punches to the head.

~johnL: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~johnL: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tiscali TalkTalk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~johnL: For that I would say two out of five.
