~pediapod: An incompetent man took my calls, left the line for over * minutes without an apology, could not repeat my numbers correctly, and never sent a confirmation of the sale or sent a promised email. No charges were entered, when I checked my charge card. I canceled the purchase and credit card to prevent fraud. Customer service balled me out.
