~kwright: I've had my TomTom for a couple of years. I love it! Recently my device stalled and I accidentally erased my maps when I was trying to fix it. Tom Tom customer service was awesome! They responded to my email with trouble shooting and then talked to me on the phone when that didn't work! They were fast to respond and very helpful! I'm so very grateful!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TomTom. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TomTom problem?
~kwright: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kwright: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TomTom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kwright: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TomTom customers?
~kwright: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TomTom to know who you are.
