Plus a *th, black, to get "free shipping", which the order taker thoughtfully suggested. * Order came today, Feb. **. YIKES!! FIVE BLACK cartridges (I needed a magenta)!*So, I STILL can't use my printer, now, for another week :(* I called..twice...one line I held on ** min, while a voice kept repeating "U R *st in line, & your call will be answered by the next available representative. T.Y. for your patience." I then called on the ***-***-**** line...same thing. I hung up again, this time after * min! * I got your company on line, when I hit "Dell printer cartridges", was reassured that you were first class outfit...albeit not Dell (no misrepresentation). But....I have an ill feeling, and am cancelling order. Please send pre-paid carton, so I can send backto you the * BLACK cartridges I do not trust. * Thank you,* Harold J. Goldfarb, M.D.* ***-***-****
