~ disappointedPAdoc : Update, re: Review by disappointedPAdoc from Feb **, ****,* Things seem to have been straightened out. While no body called me, after I had sent message directly to TonerBoss, I called this afternoon, and a very helpful "Paul" did explain that the toner packages, altho not labeled with the toner color, did have a code letter, which DID tell me was indeed what I had ordered. I did suggest that putting the toner color on the box, would be a rather customer-friendly helpful thing to do.* As for NA phone, for ** min, because it was a Saturday, the phones are not answered. I DID suggest, that instead of having the "voice" say "you are next in line, and will be answered next...", it would be best to give the hours to call, rather than leaving the customer waiting. They DO have on their site, however, that calls are taken Mon-Fri. * So, I will amend my "blast" to say, that clarification in both telephone and on labelling, would be constructive. * Hence, in all fairness, I woul
