~Tara: You get through to someone quickly but they are not necessarily helpful. I was calling about having my substantial deposit credited. I got excuses as to why I'd have to wait months for my money back and when I tried to escalate, I was told a supervisor would have to call me back. I called a second time and after much frustration, finally got a resolution. But in short, I'm left feeling unsatisfied and aggravated. You have no alternatives and they don't care about customer service.
