~mad as hell: I call with a problem that the tech could not help me with i ask to speak to a supervisor i was told he was on another line and it would be an hour before i could speak to them i then ask to speak to someone in retention the supervisor could speak to me then i was told by the supervisor i only have ** day to file a claim on a laptop that have a bad port in it the laptop is only * months old and have a year warranty. but the warranty will not cover the port after ** days and i ask where was that wrote in the warranty i was told it was not that best buy should have it up in their store. worst company in the world to deal with never again....... it been over * hour and Im still on hold
