~k: WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TECH PERSON FROM INDIA OR SOME ASIA COUNTRY FOR ** MIN AND AFTER SCANNING MY COMPUTER FOR ISSUES ON MY EMAIL ACCOUNT APP NOT WORKING AND PUTING ME ON HOLD AND TO LET ME KNOW A LEVEL TECH * WAS GOING TO HELP ME SOLVE THE ISSUES, HE CLEVERLY TYPED ON THE SCREEN A WARRANTY PRICE I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE IN ORDER TO GO FURTHER TO RESOLVE THIS!! ARE YOU KIDDINGG ME?? I PLAINLY TOLD HIM HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE WE WERR ON THE PHONE ALL THAT TIME AND IT WAS A SALES TACTIC. I WAS HIGLY PISSED!!! THE NERVE AND UNPROFFESSIONALISM OF THIS TACTIC* THATS NOT TECH SUPPORT ITS SALES!THEN YOU CANT GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT TOSHIBA TO COMPLAIN. BTW THIS GUY TOLD ME NOTHING IS FREE IN LIFE..! I TOLD HIM REALLY? AND THAT NO ONE COMMUNICATES CLEARLY OR HONESLTY ANYMORE BECAUSE ITS ALL ABOUT THE $ AND HES AND EXAMPLE.*WAIST OF MY MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*
