~lb: The representative was nice, the phone connection was not so good, was hard for them to hear me some of the time. *I got through quickly but was cut or disconnected the first time. The representative had to research my question and this took a bit, but the explanation was helpful.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Toyota. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Toyota problem?
~lb: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lb: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toyota's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lb: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Toyota customers?
~lb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toyota to know who you are.
