~Chief: Nancy was very helpful and said she would submit a request to correct the spelling of Lynette. All our documents from the Toyota dealer, Kendall in Bend Oregon show the correct spelling. However, the letters we received from Toyota Financial Services in Lake Oswego, Oregon, show the incorrect spelling of Lynnette. I called *** ***-**** and was told I needed to fill out a document and return it in order to have the correct spelling of Lynette on their documents. I explained the problem was at their end and not ours or the dealership. The lady I spoke with said that was the only way to correct the error. I then called *** ***-**** and spoke with Nancy. She said she would take care of the problem.

~Chief: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Chief: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Toyota's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chief: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Toyota customers?
~Chief: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Toyota to know who you are.
