~Alekeep: Apparently menu options have changed so the series listed above did not quite work. Followed instructions to check on a ticket and kept pressing **, **, **... Eventually got a message that I would be connected to the next available person. Took only a few minutes to connect. It thought I would have a replacement phone on the way but instead...*Tracfone sends an envelope to return my phone then send me a new one. Once I receive that phone I get to call again to have service transferred. Expected time without a phone is * to * days. Oh, great.

~Alekeep: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
