~feed up: I had a horrible experience trying to activate my new tracfone which was previously a safelink phone.I tried many times to call all the phone numbers I was given to call. I was connected to safelink customer service twice, explained my problem and was disconnected both times. I asked to speak to a manager and was PROMPTLY disconnected. I also tried the phone numbers given to me for customer service and got an automated system which could not help because it stated my safelink phone number was wrong and I could not continue with this number.*I am a very patient person. I have been trying to resolve these issues for * hours and am completely disappointed with the service I have been subjected to!!!!!!
