~Rolf Voss: I received a promocode for renewal of airtime offering me *** mins when I buy a ** mins card. When I bought the card I only received ** mins despite the promo code *****. When I telephoned customer service I used up another ** mins. almost all just waiting. Then I was promised that someone would phone me back. That never happenend. When I phone again a few minutes ago, I was cut off.
