~Lois Laedlein: I talked with a man and told him my problem, I had activated the phone and it worked for awhile, then said no service. He told me to take the SIM card out, which I did and then put it back in. The phone kept saying insert SIM. It never worked again. He hung up on me. I called back. I am ** years old. What went wrong? Very poor service. Not easy to set up.
