~pissedoff: My phone deactivated due to non use. I called tracfone yesterday and they said just pick up a card with minutes , call us back and we will reactivate and give you a new phone number, fine. Pick up a card, scratch off the pin, call tracfone now they are telling me that the SIM card is no good and I cannot reactivate my card without one and Im leaving on a trip with my elderly*sick dad in two days and am stuck without service. Very upset I was given false information yesterday.
