~lobo012847: This is my third attempt to have a CORRECT phone number area code put on my phone. It has taken over THREE weeks and * SIM cards!! Now , finally, I have the correct number. BUT, Tracfone cannot re-enroll me onto my "Family Plan" with them until "between * days before - * days after my service date". This requires ANOTHER session of jumping through hoops to get what I paid for!! If it weren't for the lack of similar pricing with another company I would sever all ties with Tracfone. The phone service is pretty good, but the Customer Service is AWFUL!!!!
