~GrannyP: someone was asleep at the switch in your billing office! I dreaded calling you because of the Worst experience I have ever had with your service people. I am ** yrs. old and it took * month for them to resolve my problem, you almost lost a customer because of it.I finally got someone I could understand to help me.I was ready to quit if I had this problem again. You need more very fluent ENGLISH speaking people to help your older costumers. Thank goodness my problem was easily solved this time.
