~Smoothswan: Contacted Transunion in response to a duspute I put in due an inaccuracy within my report. Trans Union said they do not conduct the investigation and that the company in questions conducts the investigation and makes the determination. They basically disreguard the consumer fair reporting act and put the burden of proof on the consumer and not the business. This is an on going problem that I also opened a complaint with the FTC. It seems that they outsource customer service to India because all I get are people with a heavy Indian accent when I call.

~Smoothswan: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Smoothswan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Smoothswan: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TransUnion customers?
~Smoothswan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
