GetHuman-47418: This number was correct. However, TransUnion's customer service was well below satisfactory (hence the * out of * for communication). The automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me rather than transferring me to a human. I think on the *th try it finally worked. Once I got through, there was no wait. But it probably took about ** minutes for me to go through all their menus * times and finally not get hung up on.

GetHuman-47418: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-47418: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-47418: For that I would say four out of five.
