~skeptical: I reached an employee with a heavy middle eastern accent that was difficult to understand. She asked me why I called (to add a freeze to my account), then my ssn, etc, then told me to call a different nmbr because she was the dispute dept. I wasn't comfortable having given her all my info then not being transferred within the company. Why did she ask for it if she was legit and knew I wanted something she was incapable of doing?? Now I'm nervous.

~skeptical: For that I would say two out of five.
