~Margo Whitlock: Could not hear speaker nor understand accent well. He was not friendly and not helpful. I had a security breach. I had to drag it out of him to find out the procedure (which is ridiculous also). Can't tell me anything about past inquiries, can't help me with breach. Could do nothing.

~Margo Whitlock: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Margo Whitlock: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Margo Whitlock: For that I would say four out of five.

~Margo Whitlock: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
