GetHuman-joesil: Sort these comments by worst rating and you will see the truth about this company. The "supervisor" literally admitted that Transunion does NOT verify information given to them. They simply post it in hopes that it is correct and leave it us consumers to open a dispute if it is incorrect. Their dispute process is a joke. They will remove false information without telling you and then feed you BS when you ask about it. I am in the process of bringing these scumbags to court.

GetHuman-joesil: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-joesil: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-joesil: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-joesil: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
