~Fed up with B.S.: I was trying to find out why I could not print my credit report. I do not trust the mail and I wanted to print it out. The person could not speak one word of English. There are plenty of AMERICANS out of work who can speak ENGLISH.

~Fed up with B.S.: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Fed up with B.S.: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
