GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TransUnion customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-46968: This was the so called the TransUnion "Dispute Dept." I have placed a dispute * months ago and never heard anything from them. The online dept. have all the info of my dispute and show it as being completed, but cant give me any info as to what happened since i filled. This "dispute" dept. don't have any info of my dispute... nothing. The supervisor asked me to dispute all over again. Asked to speak to the manager of dept. to report the inadequacy of his department... they would not provide me with his name. By the way it took many days to place the dispute itself online.... their site would not allow me to file and i ended up having to call them and get verified again, and get email from them. Equifax and Experian were a breeze and notified me on time and removed wrong info. TransUnion and their "Dispute Department " are a joke. I will have to follow up with the government agencies I guess.

GetHuman-46968: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-46968: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TransUnion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-46968: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TransUnion customers?
GetHuman-46968: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TransUnion to know who you are.
