~Pretty Girl: I have spoken with * different people in an attempt to make a change to an international reservation. With the exception of * time, all of the people had such strong accents I could barely understand them. This has been a HORRIBLE experience and I will NEVER EVER use Travelocity again!!!

~Pretty Girl: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pretty Girl: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pretty Girl: For that I would say five out of five.
