~wasras: Worked with customer service rep for over ** min. She was unable to book any of the flights I wanted which were all advertised on their website. She did bill me for the travel insurance though even though I did not purchase a flight. I now have to fight to get my money back for a trip I never booked. Very frusted with them. Will never use again.
