~eddy: pathetic, my son is in the military and his graduation was moved up one week. could not afford the $***.** flight change so i called to see if they could wave the fee the answer was no and could not reach somebody in the us who would have a little sympathy about someone serving there country. Called the airline directly and they would have absolutely done it without any questions but unfortunatley seeing as i booked with this unprofessional third party company it was out of there hands. To say the least i will never book with these idiots again i will make sure everyone i know will do the same.

~eddy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~eddy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~eddy: For that I would say four out of five.
