GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Travelocity customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Nicole: I have called several times in the last * days. I'm on hold for no less than **-** mins each time. Once I finally get an agent and go over the issue all over again, I get "disconnected". Even though each person has my call back number, no one has bothered to call me back. So I have to call them back, get another agent and wait on hold for who knows how long. *:** on day * and still no resolve. I will NEVER use Travelocity again. Ever.

~Nicole: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Nicole: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nicole: For that I would say one out of five.
