~Business traveler : I booked airline tickets then airline and Travelocity were not able to locate booking or itinerary. I had to rebook at over $****. Then they found the original one and I have not been refunded. The promo code did not work so they gave me one night free hotel at the airport. The hotel not at the airport I waited * hours for a shuttle and the hotel was filthy and disgusting. The pillows were worn out, threadbare and stained. We walked to other hotels with our luggage until we found another hotel !! I called * times and got disconnected each time and I still have not gotten a call from a supervisor.

~Business traveler : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Business traveler : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Business traveler : For that I would say three out of five.

~Business traveler : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Travelocity to know who you are.
