~midland1: Reserved * car seats for my children for the rental car booked through travelocity. Called the rental company to confirm the reservations and they did not have the car seats reserved. They said to call travelocity. I have been on the phone for over an hour and still have not settled the issue. The first girl kept putting me on hold for ** mins at a time and coming back and just repeating my information to me. It took ** mins to get a supervisor on the phone who told me I probably just called the wrong number for the car rental. I told her they had our reservation and all of our info. After * mins she finally agreed to call the car rental place. I have been on hold for ** mins waiting on her to come back to the phone (update:before I finished typing, the phone call cut off at * hr * mins). I will never ever ever book through travelocity again and am very close to canceling the entire reservation and booking through someone else.
