GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Travelocity customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-303691: I will NEVER again use Travelocity! And I will be sure to tell all my traveling friends about the worst service in the travel industry. I had booked a hotel on New York City for one night while on a business trip. I booked the hotel over the phone just before boarding the plane. Once we had arrived at the hotel they had no reservation for us. We called travelocity and it took ** minutes for someone to answer the phone, and when we told them of our problem they asked to put us on hold and hung up! We had * phones going trying to resolve the problem and we spoke to a girl named Jennifer who was super rude and told us we could not get a refund and wanted us to book another room with the hotel. We were told our money would be refunded to my credit card within * to ** days, at this time we haven't received the refund! When booking the rom they gave us a confirmation number and a trouble number. Should have raised a flag when they gave me a trouble number. Do yourself a favor and keep from h
