~galfie10: Forgot my password and my email account had been shut off. Phone was picked up in * mins and the woman I spoke to quickly found me and was able to reset my password. She stayed on the line to confirm I could get into my account.

~galfie10: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
