~nicole25: I encountered a repnamed Ben who has to be the rudest worst customer service rep I have ever spoke to. He was not helpful, couldnt find my account, and did not want to search for it, He simply told me I had no service with them when I have had service with Tucson water for ** years! He then said I needed to hang up on him if I wanted to speak to someone else!

~nicole25: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~nicole25: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~nicole25: For that I would say four out of five.
