~Prudent Buyer: The Phone number is now *-***-***-****. Could not replace my "Ultra **" Oven*Micro Tupperware casserole * & * qt. containers that was chipped, only give me very low replacement $ amount not comparable at all to what it would cost to buy their new comparable "Ultra Pro" casserole dish that does same thing. Warranty was honored on other Tupperware items (cake carrier - handles broken) and replacement to be sent with only small shipping amt required.

~Prudent Buyer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Prudent Buyer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tupperware's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Prudent Buyer: For that I would say three out of five.

~Prudent Buyer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Tupperware to know who you are.
