~Happy Cust: I called the number above, pressed zero until customer service picked up, the first woman knew exactly my issue, transferred me to the correct department, the person in this department helped me within minutes. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and didn't waste my time. They even e-mailed me directions on how to fix my on-line issue just incase.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Happy Cust: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Happy Cust: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Happy Cust: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Happy Cust: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
