GetHuman-130340: I work Monday through Friday, * a.m - * p.m. and cannot make personal calls during working hours and cannot take time off. Why can't big companies like this have hours that working people can use? This customer service it totally useless to me.

GetHuman-130340: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-130340: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-130340: For that I would say two out of five.
