~anonymous: My Turbotax cd was incompatible with my system so needed a code for the online service so I didn't have to pay twice. The woman I spoke to couldn't figure out how to use her own system, kept having to get help over and over, ultimately couldn't even figure out how to send me an email! Seriously. I always go out of my way to be nice because phone service jobs ****, but not only was the rep thick as brick, she couldn't even summon up basic manners. There's a ton of smart, savvy people looking for work right now... can you please spend the extra bucks and hire a few? Two years running I've had issues with Turbotax... never again. It's just not worth the hours and hours spent dealing with the hassle.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
