~donna gray : Rec'd a call right back but put on hold again. Said wait time is ** minutes. Waste to have. The ****o wait when it puts me on hold again with the phone in my ear.

~donna gray : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~donna gray : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~donna gray : For that I would say three out of five.

~donna gray : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
