~unhappyuser: Their level one has taken days to solve problem (still on going). After hours of internet surfing it appears that substitution of ****R with form IRS**** is required. Worse of all is some support guys just quitely drop call when they do not have the answer (VERY UNETHICAL and I do not understand how these can look in the mirror after that so much deception. Now I am trying to talk to their financtial advicer. Sadly for me each time I go to the start again and again and again and wait for **-** minutes each time. HOURS OVER DAYS HAVE JUST BEEN BURNT FOR NOTHING. I will come back to let everyone know what what happens in this final push for the solution. If it fails then $** Turbo Tax is just a gimmick. Very UNHAPPY******.

~unhappyuser: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unhappyuser: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappyuser: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~unhappyuser: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
