GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TurboTax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~YeracD: This person was slow, not savvy at all about how to handle my grievance. It took a while for her to figure it out (while I was placed on hold for * times). In the end of the conversation, I still have wait ** hours for an email to let me know I will be getting a refund for a TT product I did not use. It is funny how I was still billed for a product "I did not use"...her words. I could not get a refund from TT yet - apparently it takes ** hours to process. Then after I get my email in ** hours telling me I will be refunded for said "product I did not use"...I actually have to wait to get my money for another * - ** business days. In the meantime I still cannot get my **** TT tax data to finish filing for * years ago. The download for **** is corrupt. I hate having to contact Tech Support now in order to finish **** properly. TT is stupid and a waste of time and money.

~YeracD: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~YeracD: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~YeracD: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~YeracD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
