~Corn: Wish I'd seen the first review. It would have save me valuable time trying to make it work. I used Turbotax last year and it was totally free and so easy to use too. I was actually looking forward to using it again this year until I was ambushed about half way through with a message telling me I had to upgrade to Premium to continue. Cost $**.**. Want some advice Turbotax? Don't ambush the consumer. We get really pissed off and go somewhere else. Like TaxSlayer. Also free and just as easy to use.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Corn: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Corn: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Corn: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Corn: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
