~mad person: customer service stinks. have been using their product * years. this year not so much fun with software. First I was getting script errors. That took a full day to resolve. now that my taxes are done I am trying to pay to efile state but it won't take credit card payment. Getting error message. Done with their bull ****

GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mad person: For that I would say two out of five.
