GetHuman-171305: The 'agent' could not help me. Even requested that I read the rejection letter that was sent. Once I got halfway through the letter, she states "is that it?!" very unhelpful, very rude and a complete waste of time. I was told that she has put in a request for the Passport Division to call me on the number provided. I asked for their number so I could get the situation handled as my travel date is in * weeks. She stated that she doe not have access to that number and they will call me as soon as possible. I am a government employee (for * years) who has paid into Federal Taxes. Because I was born 'in a non-institute' my passport was rejected. I am one frustrated UNITED STATES CITIZEN
