~Anonymous: The passport agency made an error and did not process one of our applications. After numerous phone calls and letters to them to try to get the problem corrected, they sent us a letter stating that the **-window has closed and we would have to resubmit the application - including fees! I am livid with them - they ****. We are seeking assistance to get them to correct their mistake and issue the passport at no additional charge to us.
